Brooks is a Warren County, NC native who spent 13 years in social services, 14 years in pastoral ministry, and over a decade building a full-time consulting practice — often all three running at once. She holds a Doctorate in Executive Leadership in Mental Health and Human Services and a neuroleadership certification under a UCLA neuroscientist.
She is a Leadership Scientist, Founder and CEO of Brooks Consulting and Training Solutions — a faith-based leadership consulting and training firm for organizations, entrepreneurs, and businesses. She is the creator of the ICCO Framework™ and the voice behind the Faith Evolved movement — and she has spent years at the intersection of scripture, neuroscience, and business — studying what actually happens when a woman of faith finally stops apologizing for her expertise and starts building from it.
